40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: written informed consent Undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery due to 2VD-3VD full consciousness and adequate hearing and speaking ability to learn the relaxation technique

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe mental disorders (as diagnosed and confirmed by a physician) Previous history of heart surgery History of mental illness Use of sedatives other than routine medications in the ward

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Preoperative Concern. Timepoint: Before the surgery. Method of measurement: Penn State Worry Questionnaire (PSWQ).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative Hemodynamic Indices. Timepoint: Immediately after the completion of the surgical procedure in the recovery room, and two hours following admission to the cardiac surgery ICU. Method of measurement: Checklist.
