Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having aged 60 and over Patients with respiratory problems using an inhaler spray Inability to use correctly inhaler spray Ability to speak Persian and answer questions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having diseases requiring special treatments
