Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient has first mandibular molar with pulpnecrosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sign of abscess Sign of fistula Analgesics use until 8 hours before Using alcohol and drug abusing Allergy to anesthesia Pregnant or lactating patient History of significant medical problems Response to allergy tests Periapical radiolucency more than chronic periodontitis Presence of other teeth with pulp problem on the same side Teeth with root surface decay Complications in root canals and calcified canals Teeth with a complex anatomical diagnosis Teeth that have iatrogenic problems while dental procedures Teeth that have a complex anatomy while dental procedures

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Flare-up rate after treatment. Timepoint: 6--24-48 and 72 hours after treatment. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.
