Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1) Pregnant women 23 to 28 weeks and nulliparus 2) Single pregnancy 3)at least literacy of secondary school (being able to complete questionnaires by herself) 4) aged 45-16 5) Constipation disorders based on Rome II criteria that have at least two signs of six symptoms in the last month 6) Comes with an ultrasound score from the fetus to confirm health of the fetus 7) Obtain 9 to 16 (median) scores based on the Constipation Assessment Scale (CAS) 8) The absence of pregnancy-related medical problems (pregnancy blood pressure, history of abortion, or current bleeding in the first trimester of pregnancy, preterm labor history, the presence of varicose veins, or thrombophlebitis and warts, and fungal infection in the legs, inferiority and deformity). .) 9) No history of treatment using complementary medicine (reflexology)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria 1) history of pelvic radiotherapy 2) history of inflammatory bowel disease 3) history of intestinal surgery other than appendectomy 4) The current treatment for thyroid disease and diabetes 5) Continued use of drugs 6) Receive any treatment for constipation from a week earlier 7) Abdominal pain with unknown cause 8) The history of mental and anxiety disorders, according to her own declaration (if a person has severe anxiety based on the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety questionnaire, will be referred to the psychiatrist)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome variable: Constipation score. Timepoint: Before starting the intervention, then every week after the reflexology intervention, up to 6 weeks. Method of measurement: Clinical evaluation questionnaire on the severity of constipation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety Score. Timepoint: Six weeks after the intervention began in the study groups. Method of measurement: Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Questionnaire.;Number of fetal movements. Timepoint: Once before starting the reflexology sessions and then 20 minutes after each intervention for 6 consecutive weeks in the study groups. Method of measurement: Checklist to record the number of fetal movements per hour.;Frequency of side events. Timepoint: Six weeks after the intervention began in the study groups. Method of measurement: check list.;Degree of Mothers' Satisfaction with Reflexology. Timepoint: Six weeks after the beginning of reflexology in two intervention groups. Method of measurement: check list.
