Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male patients Aged between 40 to 70 years American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class I or II Candidates for elective urologic surgery Spinal anesthesia plan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index greater than 35 Body mass index less than 18 Preoperative hypernatremia Preoperative hyponatremia Preoperative electrolyte imbalance Renal failure Patient refusal

MeasureTime frame
Systolic blood pressure. Timepoint: 5 minutes before fluid administration, 5 minutes after fluid administration, every 15 minutes until the end of surgery, and postoperatively in the recovery room. Method of measurement: Automated digital blood pressure monitor.;Heart rate. Timepoint: 5 minutes before fluid administration, 5 minutes after fluid administration, every 15 minutes until the end of surgery, and postoperatively in the recovery room.
