Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 25-40 ASA class 1 and 2 Candidate for myomectomy surgery under general anesthesia Having One to ten myoma Myoma size larger than 3 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient dissatisfaction Patients with severe heart disease, hypertension under treatment for these conditions, Patients taking medications that affect hemodynamics. ASA class more than 2 Addiction to narcotics and psychotropic substances Age over 40 years old

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increased bleeding during myomectomy surgery. Timepoint: Bleeding volume is measured and recorded by counting blood-soaked gauzes (each gauze 20 cc) and estimating the volume of blood in the suction and surgical field. Method of measurement: Number of blood-soaked gauzes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure changes. Timepoint: Patients' blood pressure will be measured before and after surgery and then compared. Method of measurement: Digital blood pressure monitor.
