15 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a chronic ulcer over 3 months on the outside of the body; No use of antibiotics in the last 3 weeks; No history of surgery in the desired position; No need for anticoagulants and steroids drugs; No addiction to alcohol or drugs; Satisfaction in rasarach

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of radiation and phototherapy in a recent month; Suffering to severe diseases such as heart, liver and kidney disease; Having plenty of pain during treatment; Having an uncontrollable fever during treatment; Dissatisfaction in rasarach

MeasureTime frame
Measuring surface of necrotic tissue. Timepoint: Day third, fifth and seventh after treatment. Method of measurement: Photographing and measuring by MATLAB 1.6, the mathworks Inc, natic, ma, 2000.;Measuring new granular tissue. Timepoint: Day third, fifth and seventh after treatment. Method of measurement: Photographing and measuring by MATLAB 1.6, the mathworks Inc, natic, ma, 2000.

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of serum WBC. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and the seventh day after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the standard laboratory method.
