Intervention 1: Intervention group: All patients undergo hysteroscopic septoplasty by bipolar resectoscopy. At the end of hysteroscopy, a Foley catheter is placed for 24 hours and 3 cc of hyaluronic

Inclusion criteria: Patients by septate uterus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for hyaluronic acid Pelvic infections Menopause Pregnancy History of cervical cancer Severe coagulative disorders Thrombophilia Cardiovascular disorders.
