Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Atrovastatin 10 mg daily for 3 months will be started then ovarian response evaluated . Intervention 2: Control group: Previous cycle of each patient is considered

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Abnormal ovarian reserve test Antral follicle count <5 At least one previous IVF cycle <3 oocyte was retrieved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ovarian insufficiency due to gonadal dysgenesia Abnormality of chromosoms Male infertility
