Intervention group: All the patients with cesarean scar pregnancy at the site of previous cesarean scar who have resectoscopy.

Age
18 Years to 46 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: B-hcg positive results(>10mu/ml) Empty uterine cavity & cervical canal at sonogram The mass at sonogram is present in the lower anterior uterine segment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency situation at the time of admission Patients without consent inform about the procedure Patients with active cervical infection
