Inclusion criteria: ASA Class I and II Opium Addict Elective orthopedic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA Class III and IV Preoperative antidepressant and anticoagulant medication Hypersensitivity to morphine Hypersensitivity to methadone
