Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diabet type 2 Being Muslim and Shiite Having an ordinary spiritual level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to continue participation in the study Failure to attend and miss more than one training session of the workshop Any other problem preventing the subject to continue the participation in the study

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention and 2-months later. Method of measurement: Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scales (DASS-42) questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Depression. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention and 2 -months later. Method of measurement: Beck questionnaire.
