Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to cooperate Children and adolescents aged 7-15 Being thin or short (body mass index or weight for age < Z score -2 and height for age < Z score -2) No underlying diseases affecting physical growth such as genetic disorders, growth hormone disorders, hyperthyroidism, chronic gastrointestinal, liver, kidney, cardiovascular disease, neurological problems affecting food intake and cancer based on questions from the individual and the caregiver No taking nutritional supplements and multivitamin-mineral supplements in the past 6 months No taking medications affecting growth hormone metabolism and weight loss medications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to cooperate in any of the stages of the study Diagnosis of any type of disease: growth hormone disorders, hyperthyroidism, chronic gastrointestinal, hepatic, renal, cardiovascular diseases, neurological problems affecting food intake and cancer during the study Use of drugs affecting growth hormone metabolism and weight loss drugs during the study Failure to comply with intervention programs by at least 70% of the expected amount (4 months of biscuit consumption or at least 4 training sessions) Sampling method
