Intervention 1: Intervention group (cinnamon): All individuals in this group have binge eating disorder wand are overweight or obese. Before starting the intervention, they would all get a free 45 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI between 25 to 40 kg/m2 At least one to three binge eating sessions per week in the last three months sedentary lifestyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart, digestive tract, renal, disability disease like HIV and tuberculosis and diabetes Any usage of nutritional supplements in the last three months; tobacco and alcohol consumption; suicide history; wheat germ allergy; CNS drugs; glucose and lipid reducing drugs.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Binge eating scale. Timepoint: 2 months. Method of measurement: Binge eating questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Weight. Timepoint: 2 months. Method of measurement: scale.
