Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Iranian nationality At least a middle school education Access to a smartphone and the Bale platform Access to the internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of mental illness (e.g., depression, anxiety) Use of psychiatric medication Known infertility in either partner Previous participation in similar programs Prior marriage
