Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Satisfaction to enter the study by patient's companion or protector Being at the age of 18 to 60 years old Having verbal aggression Having physical aggression No contraindication to any of the medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to cooperate with the family to complete the intervention The presence of any NMS related symptoms
