Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 4 to 10 A record of maximum 1 time hospitalization Not predicting surgery for the child Not having Chronic allergic rhinitis, asthma, cancer, chronic pain, head and facial anomalies, cystic fibrosis, epilepsy, gastro-intestinal reflux, not hospitalized for head trauma and burn in the child Access to internet Lack of improper sleep habits in the child before admission Making misplaced habits one week after discharge Not taking sedative medicine before admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who take sedative drugs such as benzodiazepines after discharge Failure to intervene at least 5 times a week

MeasureTime frame
Children sleep habit. Timepoint: The score for the child's sleep habits is calculated at the beginning of the study, 1 week after discharge and 4 weeks after the discharge. Method of measurement: Children's sleep habits questionnaire.
