Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients in this group receive proper conventional therapy for breast cancer based on stage of the disease (including tamoxifen) plus monthly subcutaneous injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premenopause women Positive for hormone receptors (Estrogen and Progesterone) Stage II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage I (high survival) and stage IV (metastasis occurred) Other sever medical conditions (such as heart failure and etc...)

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Decreased local recurrence and distal metastases. Timepoint: At least 24 months after initiating the drug (Hormone-therapy alone or alongside Decapeptyl). Method of measurement: Clinical and para-clinical (radionuclide bone scan, computed tomography, ultrasound imaging and etc.).	—
