Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young Mania Rating Scale greater than or equal to 20 Consent agreement to participate in the study Hospital Admission due to psychiatrist opinion Age greater than or equal to 16
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric disorders except Bipolar 1 Disorder Not to have medical disease Citicolin Contraindication
