Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the research, completing a written informed consent form Having a regular menstrual cycle of 21 to 35 days, diagnosed with premenstrual syndrome Age between 18 and 35 years Diagnosis of premenstrual syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of specific underlying diseases Presence of diseases related to the reproductive system Use of medications affecting premenstrual syndrome Use of antidepressant medications Use of hormonal medications or oral contraceptive pills Experience of major stressful events such as the death of a first-degree relative within the past year Cigarette smoking
