Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with nonspecific low back pain Age between 20 to 50 Training at least 3 times a week for a total of 6 hours History of back pain for more than 12 weeks (chronic back pain) Pain between 3 to 7 based on VAS( visual analogue scale)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other musculoskeletal or neurological disorders Pregnancy
