Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having age between 30 to 50 Having chronic non-specific chronic back pain for more than three months without neurological deficit Having the dominant right hand Having at least high school diploma education History of low back pain (at least 3 months) Having localized pain at the waist level between 2 or less as VAS (Visual Analog Scale 0-10 centimeter) having functional disability between 20-40 % as Oswestry questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disinclination to continue and conduct the test Inability of subjects to do the test correctly Not complete a period of training Having a professional and semi-professional sport experience Having a history of spinal surgery Having fractures and acute attacks, infection and musculoskeletal injuries in the upper and lower extremities Having postural anomalies in the cervical, back, and lumbar spine through clinical examinations Having Cardio-pulmonari, neurological, rheumatoid disease Having systemic, metabolic diseases and malignancy Losing any of inclusion criteria Having a BMI greater than 25 and less than 18
