Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 60 years old Diagnosis of OCD (moderate to severe) based on DSM-5 Score of >21 in Yale–Brown obsessive-compulsive scale (Y-BOCS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any underlying psychiatric disorder other than obsessive-compulsive disorder Taking an SSRI in the past 6 weeks Substance dependence Pregnant or breastfeeding women
