Intervention 1: Control group: Patients are initially treated with fluoxetine 20 mg daily, increasing to 60 mg daily from week 6 and continuing for 4 weeks, plus placebo, three times daily for 10 week

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 60 years old Diagnosis of OCD based on DSM-5 Score of >21 in Yale–Brown obsessive-compulsive scale (Y-BOCS)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Receiving any treatment up to 6 weeks before the start of the trial Diagnosis of another psychiatric disorder
