Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: presence of bladder stone less than 20 millimeter Adult patients older than 18 years old Having informed consent form for entering study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: presence of coagulopathy pregnancy Active urinary tract infection severe cardiopulmonary disease contraindication to general or regional anesthesia
