Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having bladder stone larger than 20 millimeter Adult patients older than 18 years old Having informed consent form for entering study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of coagulopathy Pregnancy Active urinary tract infection Severe cardiopulmonary disease Contraindication to general or regional anesthesia
