Intervention 1: control group:All patients will be given a medroxyprogestronacetate 10 mg from day 14 of the menstrual cycle for 10 days or estradiol valerate 2 mg twice daily from day 21 of the menst

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with full consent to participate in the study Women under the age of 45

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe male factor uterine diseases ovarian cyst such as endometriosis metabolic diseases( diabetes) and any disease that has a negative effect on ovulation chronic heart and liver and kidney disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The total number of metaphase II stage oocytes. Timepoint: On the day of oocyte pickup operation. Method of measurement: Based on the evaluation of oocyte characteristics by the embryologist.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Total number of oocytes obtained. Timepoint: On the day of ovarian puncture. Method of measurement: Based on the number of oocytes obtained.;The total number of metaphase I stage oocytes. Timepoint: On the day of oocyte pickup operation. Method of measurement: Based on the evaluation of oocyte characteristics by the embryologist.;The total number of GV oocytes. Timepoint: On the day of oocyte pickup operation. Method of measurement: Based on the evaluation of oocyte characteristics by the embryologist.;Prevalence of clinical pregnancies. Timepoint: clinical pregnancies will be evaluated based on observation of fetal heart rate at week seven of pregnancy. Method of measurement: clinical pregnancy is confirmed by vaginal ultrasound at 7 weeks of gestation.;Estradiol levels. Timepoint: On the day of Triptorelin administration. Method of measurement: Evaluation of serum estradiol levels.;Progesterone levels. Timepoint: On the day of Triptorelin administration. Method of measurement: Evaluation of serum Progesterone levels.;LH level. Timepoint: On the day of Triptorelin administration. Method of measurement: Evaluation of serum LH levels.;Number of gonadotropin consumption. Timepoint: From the second day until the time of Triptorelin injection. Method of measurement: Based on the number of ampoules required for ovarian stimulation.;Fertilization. Timepoint: 18 hours after Pick up. Method of measurement: Based on 2PN observations by the embryologist.;Implantation. Timepoint: At 7 weeks. Method of measurement: The gestational sac seen on ultrasound by gynecologist.;The total number of transferred embryos. Timepoint: On the day of oocyte pickup operation. Method of measurement: Based on the evaluation of oocyte characteristics by the embryologist.
