Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this group in addition to administration of Gabapentin 300 mg daily, patients will be given 1000 mg APC capsule every 8 hours. Intervention 2: Control group: In

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients with diabetic neuropathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients with foot ulcers Unwillingness to cooperate and continue treatment

Measure	Time frame
Sensory neuropathy. Timepoint: Patients are visited weekly by a physician for three months and clinical signs and symptoms are recorded. Method of measurement: Based on Michigan Neuropathy Criteria and Monofilament Test.;The amount of pain. Timepoint: Patients are visited weekly by a physician for three months and clinical signs and symptoms are recorded. Method of measurement: Based on pain rating( Numeric rating scales).	—
