Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having type 1 diabetes treated with insulin, which takes less than 5 years to diagnose. Kidney failure (GFR> 50) Age range between 18 and 60 years Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Having a history of sitagliptin sensitivity Having a history of sitagliptin use in the last 6 months Body mass index (BMI) less than 18 kg/m2
