Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Second degree burns Refer at first 24 hours after injury Damage less than 40% Age 18 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease Other skin lesions chronic liver disease diabetes

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Repair of burned surface. Timepoint: 7, 14, 21,30 and 90 days post-intervention. Method of measurement: masurement of burn surface by ruler.;Wound healing rate. Timepoint: 7, 14, 21,30 and 90 days post-intervention. Method of measurement: photography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of tissue repair. Timepoint: 90 day post-intervention. Method of measurement: Biopsy of the burn site.
