20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with a history of one failure in implantation in cycle of ART in which at least two good quality embryos were transferred in each cycle. Women with age less than 40 years old Women with BMI less than 30 kg/m2 Women with at least four good quality frozen embryos

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous uterine surgery which disturb endometrial function Women with uterine factor infertility Women with recurrent abortion Women with severe male factor infertility Women with poor ovarian response Women with ovarian endometrioma Women taking aspirin and heparin with the treatment cycle Women with myoma more than 5 cm Women have myoma with pressure effect on endometrium Women with known genetic disorders Women with history of more than 3 IVF failures Women whose embryos failed to reach the blastocyst stage after thawing (at least 2 embryos) Women with poor quality thawed embryos

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy. Timepoint: 4-6 weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: The observation of gestational sac on ultrasound examination.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Implantation. Timepoint: 4-6 weeks after embryos transfer. Method of measurement: The observation of gestational sac on ultrasound examination.;Miscarriage. Timepoint: 6-20 weeks after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: The spontaneous loss of a clinical pregnancy that occurs before 20 completed weeks of gestational age.;Ongoing pregnancy. Timepoint: Pregnancy after 20 weeks of gestation. Method of measurement: Vaginal sonography.
