Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients candidate for Rhinoplasty with overprojected nose Patients candidate for Rhinoplasty with Droopy nose

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of nasal trauma Patients with complex deformities, Deviated nose and, cleft lip- nose deformity Revision Rhinoplasty

Nasal Tip Projection. Timepoint: Nasal tip projection measurement before intervention and 3 and 12 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Goode's Ratio.;Nasal Tip Rotation. Timepoint: Nasal tip rotation measurement before intervention and 3 and 12 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Nasolabial angle.
