Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Neurogenic claudication attributed to canal stenosis that hasn't responded to drugs or physiotherapy in recent six months. Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus, very severe disease and acute stage that needs surgery
