Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age at least 18 years old, need to rhinoplasty operation, need to tip plasty, having desire to participate in trial Exclusion criteria: history op previous rhinoplasty, history of other corticosteroids use, need tip projection reduction, need to increase tip projection
