Intervention 1: Ketamin 0.5 mg/kg, up to 5 ml, injection in tonsillar bed. Intervention 2: Bupivacaine 0.5% 2mg/kg, up to 5 ml, injection in tonsillar bed. Intervention 3: Ketamin 0.5mg/kg + Bupivacai

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 30-40 years old, ASA class I-II, patients whom scheduled for elective adenotonsilectomy surgery with general anesthesia. Exclusion criteria: History of hemodynamic disturbances, hypersensitivity to study drugs, having impaired anatomical at the site of surgery
