In music group, during the active phase of labor and the contraction,
clients listen to their choice of soft music with earphones (the sound of Sea or piano) intermittently each 40 minute
control group recieve routine and standard care without any intervention

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : Inclusionnulliparous women,With physical and mental and literacy level of understanding of numbers,singleton, cephalic Presentation with gestational age 42-38 weeks exclusion criteria :Corioamnionitis, preeclampsia, inducton of labor, women receive narcotics during the past 8 hours, any emergency lead to a cesarean delivery (abruption, prolapse, placenta previa ...), malpresentation, the lack of progress, cpd, discourage patients from participating in the study and women with underlying disease, and pregnant women with cervical dilatation More than 8 cm and multiple twins
