Epidural groups will have epidural catheter through L3-4 or L4-5. Epidural group will have bupivacaine 0.125%, 5-8 ml epidural after operation till their VAS become less than 3.
Intravenous group will have 2 mg of intra venous morphine every 10 minutes till VAS score reaches less than 3 and after that they will receive morphine 0.5% 4-8 cc/h intravenously. If the patient fill

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients are between 20-65 and will have elective surgery of femoral fracture.The ASA class of them are I and II . Exclusion criteria:Any history of renal or cardiac problem and drug abuse or Operation more than 3 hours and bleeding more than 1 liter and serum injection more than 4 litres are of another exclusion criteria .
