Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: consciousness/age 30-70 years/ admitted to hospital with colon or rectum cancer/ chemotherapeutic management with 5-fluorouracil / Application No. 20-18 catheter Supa Company/ catheterization into arm vein/ No septic conditions during catheterization. Exclusion criteria: underlying co-morbidity (diabetes, infections, and hypertension) / underlying fever and neutropenia/ any broad spectrum antibiotic & narcotic analgesic in the patient medication instructions no received antibiotic & narcotic analgesic/ received another Vegetable oil or drug / history of Sesame family allergy.
