Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: indication of cesarean section (elective or emergency) and gestational age more than 37 weeks Exclusion criteria: hospital stay more than 24 hrs before the cesarean section, the previous operation with a mid abdominal under the umbilical incision, the pre operative body temperature more than 38 degree centigrade in 48 hrs, take the antibiotics in the week before the operation, multiple pregnancy, history of previous cesarean section, history of diabetes, hypertension, infectious diseases, cardio vascular diseases, coagulopathy

MeasureTime frame
Bowel movement resumption time. Timepoint: every 6 hours for 48 hours. Method of measurement: In hours, the time after the surgery until hearing bowel sounds with stethoscope.;Permanent fever after the surgery. Timepoint: During 48 hrs after surgery, measured every 3 hours. Method of measurement: persist fever after more than 38 ° c, with thermometer.;Post surgical antibiotic use. Timepoint: During 48 hrs after the surgery. Method of measurement: the use of antibiotic.;Endometritis. Timepoint: weekly till 3 weeks. Method of measurement: temperature more than 38° c, vaginal discharge and uterine tenderness that evalues.;Intraoperative bleeding. Timepoint: at the time of surgery. Method of measurement: measured with the blood suctioned in cc by the graded container.;Surgical incision complications. Timepoint: daily in 48 hrs after surgery and also in Fifteenth day. Method of measurement: such as seruma ,hematoma, abscesses, wound dehiscence.;The fetus exist time. Timepoint: from skin incision till fetus exiting measure by minuets. Method of measurement: minute.;The need of blood transfusion. Timepoint: blood infusion due to Hb decrease through tests every six hours after the intervention will be determined. Method of measurement: The volume of blood transfused in CC.;Surgery length. Timepoint: duration from skin incision till the end of surgery measured by minutes. Method of measurement: minute.;The amount of analgesia requirement. Timepoint: Every 8 hours, during 48 hrs after surgery. Method of measurement: The number of doses administered.
