Intervention 1: Acetazolamide (oral), 250 mg, TDS, from 24 houres before surgery. Intervention 2: 2cc normal salin, TDS, from 24 hours before surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients who are candidate for cholecystectomy by laparoscopic surgery. Exclusion criteria: Cholecystectomy with complications.

Pain. Timepoint: before and after the surgery, during discharge from recovery and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Mc Gill pain Questionnaire.	—
