tight control of acidosis means with sereal ABG metabolic acidosis regardless of patient hemadynamic stability is treated with Bicarbonate sodum up to BE<-5 with control of etco2 and pco2

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 65 Exclusion criteria: K more than 5.5, presence of chronic liver or pulmonary disease or heart failure (EF<30%), prolonged cold or warm ischemia, dysfunction of anastomosis, re-bleeding, any complications of surgery
