Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: proteinuria, impaired renal function in diabetic patients. Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, milking, drug allergy, bilateral renal artery stenosis, ESRD, beta blocker contraindication, patient rejection.
