Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diabetic patients in grade 3 of Wagener classification of DFU, without renal stone or ?hypercalcemia Exclusion criteria: presence of agranulocytosis, patients with sever sepsis who need broad spectrum antibiotics and are unable to eat, patients who use other anti oxidant products

Clinical healing. Timepoint: day 23. Method of measurement: 1)Clinical evaluation of wound for erythema, swelling and pus discharge. 2)Ankle/brachial pressure index and 3) transcutaneous oxygen pressure.
