Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: presence of acute MI referred to the emergency room and candidates of streptokinase infusion Exclusion criteria: Contraindication of streptokinase, previous hemorrhagic stroke, bland CVA in the past year, brain neoplasm, active bleeding, aortic dissection or pericarditis
