Extracorporeal Lithotripsy of Kidney Stone. Calculus of kidney and ureter

Interventions

Procedures will be done in supine position under fluoroscopic guidance by Arian 101 lithotriptor with standard technique in 12 kilovoltage power increased to 18 KV during 10 minutes until intolerance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age older than 15 years, presence of renal or upper ureteral stones with sizes between and 20 millimeter Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, presence of uncontrolled coagulopathy, uncontrolled hypertension, or urinary tract infection

MeasureTime frame
Crushing of ureteral stones smaller than 20 milimeter. Timepoint: Two weeks after the lithotripsy. Method of measurement: KUB and Ultrasonography.
