Intervention 1: 200 gram probiotic yogurt daily at lunch time for 9 weeks. Intervention 2: 200 gram conventional yogurt daily at lunch time for 9 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1- Pregnant women aged 18-30 years; 2- Willing to participate; 3- First pregnancy; Exclusion criteria: 1- Premature labor; 2- Gestational diabetes or other complications of pregnancy; 3- Having illness including cardiovascular , liver or kidney disease
