Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group will cosume 50mg Zinc Sulfate daily for 12 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group will receive nothing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: First-degree relatives of diabetic patients with BMI >25kg/m2 and age>25 years Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients or first degree relatives with BMI=<25kg/m2 or who consumed Vit D or Magnesium supplementation for past three months
