Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age 35-70, triglyceride between 15o and 400mg/dl, cholesterol more than 150mg/dl, BMI more than 30KG/M2 Exclusion criteria: use of vitamin or w3 supplements, use of anti inflammatory non-steroidal drugs, presence of inflammatory diseases, renal, or hepatic diseases, or diabetes, change in physical activity, antiquagolants or other drugs dosages
