Intervention 1: Mixture of 1.5 cc Cefotaxime 10 mg/ml and 1.5 cc heparin 5000 U/ml was prepared to fill1.6 mL in the venous and 1.4 mL in the arterial lumen of the catheter at the end of each dialys

Mixture of 1.5 cc Cefotaxime 10 mg/ml and 1.5 cc heparin 5000 U/ml was prepared to fill1.6 mL in the venous and 1.4 mL in the arterial lumen of the catheter at the end of each dialysis session
3 cc heparin 5000 U/ml was prepared to fill 1.6 mL in the venous and 1.4 mL in the arterial lumen of the catheter at the end of each dialysis session

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 2) Being dialysed with med comp catheter 3) maximum one month had passed after putting the catheter in place 4) Being dialyzed constantly 3 times a week 5) giving consent to participate in the study Exclusion criteria: 1)Allergy to cefotaxime 2) Changing the method of dialysis
