Intervention 1: Mixture of 1.5 cc Cefotaxime 10 mg/ml and 1.5 cc heparin 5000 U/ml was prepared to fill1.6 mL in the venous and 1.4 mL in the arterial lumen of the catheter at the end of each dialys

3 cc heparin 5000 U/ml was prepared to fill 1.6 mL in the venous and 1.4 mL in the arterial lumen of the catheter at the end of each dialysis session

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 2) Being dialysed with med comp catheter 3) maximum one month had passed after putting the catheter in place 4) Being dialyzed constantly 3 times a week 5) giving consent to participate in the study Exclusion criteria: 1)Allergy to cefotaxime 2) Changing the method of dialysis

Systemic infection due to permanent hemodialysis catheter. Timepoint: Signs and symptoms of systemic infection: fever and chill. Method of measurement: Blood culture from catheter and peripheral vein.
