Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: Right side wounds are grafted with split thickness method by using stapler to fix, dressing will be removed after 3days, dressing change will continue every other day fo
Treatment - Surgery
Control group: Right side wounds are grafted with split thickness method by using stapler to fix, dressing will be removed after 3days, dressing change will continue every other day for 10 days.
Intervention group:Left side wounds is grafted and fixed by using amnion memberan, , dressing will be removed after 4days, dressing change will continue every other day for 10days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age 20-30 years, burns with similar grades 2, 3 less than 40% TBSA in bilateral limbs, Wounds which are ready for skin graft. Exclusion criteria: Presence of underlying disease (cardiovascular, diabetes mellitus…), presence of unhealed wounds at any area, presence of infected wounds after graft who need antibiotics.

MeasureTime frame
Graft site itching. Timepoint: monthly for 12 months. Method of measurement: A 5 point rating score (0=no itching, 4= very severe itching).;Size of scar. Timepoint: monthly for 12 months. Method of measurement: In millimeter.
